The King of the Hill was the original big mountain snowboard competition from The mid ’90s in Valdez. This year marked the resurrection of the event. Travis Rice proved to be the King of the Hill, earning the crowds praise after a big, smooth 720 in the middle of his line. The footage of Travis is from a small point and shoot camera, so he’s pretty small, but the crowd is obviously stoked. The helmet cam footage is from my second run on the big mountain venue.

I was home in Crested Butte over christmas break about a month ago and i came across this radicle video that my friend Drew made. Sam Trippe, Drew Eflin, Spencer Reeves and Tucker Andrews spend a days length in the sunny park. what a time!
