I grew up riding Mt. Baker as a skier, and spent all my time trying to keep up with really good snowboarders. Only problem was, that Lib Tech didn’t make NAS. So I got smoked by all of them!, Trying to yard around 210cm G.S. skis in Cascade Champagne destroys knees. Now days I spend a majority of my ski time touring for powder on the 191 Pow reCurve. I also ride the 188 Freeride reCurve. Love them both so much. I will say, the 191 is the most fun I have had in deep snow. It is balanced for the deep. No wheelie king bullshit.
