This past Saturday the Lib Tech skate crew made it to Tactics Boardshop in Eugene, OR for their first Stump of the year…what’s a Stump? It’s a short Leg…and they’re always a good time! They guys hung out with the employees, customers and skated the Tactics’ secret headquarters ramp. After a rad session on the shop ramp, the crew headed over to nearby Churchill Skatepark to skate with Tactics own Jordan Brandt, Nicky P and and bunch of locals. Everybody charged the park as Think Thank’s Sean Lucey filmed for an upcoming edit. Soon the sun was setting so we headed north to camp at Silver Falls Campground near Aumsville, OR.
Sunday brought us another sunny summer day and a great skatepark in Aumsville. This park was built by Dreamland Skateparks in 2000 and was the home park of Lib Ripper Chad Fenlon. Everybody ripped and we got some heavy transfer shots from Mikey and Jamie. Everyone beat the heat with some cold drinks from Jones Soda Co and some local kids scored some Lib trucker hats, Tim got a Sharpie neck tat of a taco and we stenciled a kid named Sock.
