Snowboarding is alive and well on the East Coast! The Lib crew found that out the fun way on a recent trip to the extremely packed powder slopes of Sunday River Maine and New Hampshire’s Loon for Lib Tech’s Near Canada Open (brought to you by Gnu) and Eastern Boarder’s Last Call at Loon. One hundred ten dollar tricks in the worlds best mini pipe? Yup! Couples boarding? Yup! Scorpion bowls? Duh. Burtner, Borland, Krumm, Hulbert, Burki, Krush, Pika, Supergenius, Reis The Beast, Preston, McCarty, Vedo, Hondo, Bridges, Kovall, Lavoie, Carr and the list goes on and on; good people enjoying brisk spring days and trying to do headstands while snowboarding, life hammers indeed.
