Director Ted Borland along with Slush Magazine teamed up with Phil to capture his day to day year round onslaught of radical with “Philm” as the result. And what a result it is. Phil is a modern day ruler approaching his craft as an old soul and “Philm” captures him as he methodically picks apart parks, peaks and streets with focus, style and a genuine love for the sports and the friends he get’s to do them with. “Philm” is an honest and unpretentious journey in to the world of someone that was born to be a great boarder.
