A decade into our quest to build a better surfboard we are thrilled to announce another huge technological and performance step forward… Introducing our all new lighter, stronger ECO IMPACTO 2 LITE construction featuring our new rugged urethane Hammer Box Fin Technology and new Eco Lite up-upcycled foam wrapped in pressure treated Hexylite thermo fusion panes, G+Glass and Magnesium fiber fused in our plant based Bio Matrix resin system.
What does it all mean? Our boards are on average a pound lighter, our Hammerbox fin boxes are the toughest in the industry. We are expanding on our Environmentally Nicer materials and process and even more Dang Difficult to Ding… all this and Handcrafted in the USA near Canada!

HAMMER BOX
Developed for the beatings that boards take in wave pools we are excited to take fin boxes to the next level. A proprietary glass reinforced urethane that enhances durability and performance. Compatible with FCSII fin systems add another level of strength to our already dang difficult to ding construction.
THE PARTY PLATTER
Matt’s minuscule wave marauder. Ultra short and extra wide, motivation to get out and glide. Conservative bottom curves, low rocker and parallel lines amplify speed, drive and glide. Flat deck and full rails for a stable, silky smooth ride. Concave and vee lend lift and rail engagement and will have you walking on water. The ultimate small wave groveler “longboard replacement unit” fits in the trunk… set it up as a quad or a twin and amplify your relaxed summer short wave jams.
RNF RETRO FISH
The fishiest of Matts Round Nosed Fish. A unique beaked nose winged swallow speed fish with classic San Diego roots. The RNF Retro is designed to fly through the smallest of conditions but with larger fins and proper rail work can make magic in fast overhead surf of all kinds. A stable flat deck with smooth downward rails and plenty of forward volume paddles effortlessly and glides through soft spots. The forgiving rolled bottom up front, blends into a gentle single concave under the front foot into a double concave spiral V under the back foot and compliments the sidecut and winged swallow bringing control to the speedy wide tail for torqued arcs in the pocket and powerful open faced carves. Tints and a wonderful illustrated logo by Drew Brophy add to the magic of your new favorite fish!
SUPER SMOOTH OPERATOR
Matt’s beloved travel companion designed specifically for his needs at home and around the world. Developed as a “one board fits all” design that adds length, volume and loads of confidence to a mature surfer without sacrificing maneuverability. A spin off the popular classic Smooth Op from 2018, the Super Smooth Operator features evolutions and updates that make this board excellent in just about any surf from 2′ Mush to 10′ tubes and everything in between.
The Original PUDDLE JUMPER
Matt’s beloved high performance groveler is reborn in our new ultra responsive light EcoImpacto 2 Lite construction. The PJ is a speedy and incredibly fast in small to medium sized surf. A wide outline makes for easy wave catching and maximizes glide and stability. The concave bottom transitions to vee in the tail adding lift and increasing rail curve which allows radical top to bottom surfing. The straight rail line and vee keep the board moving forward and hold during hard carving maneuvers.

QUIVER KILLER
Streamlined high performance and more, the QK is a perfect one board quiver for your home break or anywhere in the world. Built in our new ECO IMPACTO 2 LITE construction it is more responsive and higher performance than ever. A simple plan shape, minimalistic continuous curves and a forgiving rounded thumb tail. Enough volume and surface area to create speed and be free and easy in anything but the smallest “true grovel” surf. The Rounded tail, pulled in nose, and performance tuned rocker line keeps too much rail from being wetted at once in small surf and allows precision control and ease of pocket power surfing in medium to solid travel destination dream waves.
