After a challenging start to the 23/24 NW winter Lib Rippers Kai Huggin, Brayden Charrette and Matteo Soltane went on the run meeting Devin Tubbs down in Tahoe for some Sierra storms. Tim Zimmerman guided them into Grenade era zones and Al Grogan facilitated and filmed until he got into a fight with a snowmobile and handed the reins over to Matteo to finish the trip.
Meanwhile Phil Hansen was a runner himself heading down Wasatch way to dissect Utah lines and kickers with friendly filmers Kevin and Ely. With a healthy stack from each zone the crews headed home to catch a big storm at Baker, but that’s a different story… (watch Boardslide Worldwide “2 Feet At 8 Seconds” to hear it!)
Going into each winter we have the highest of hopes for our home mountains but it doesn’t always (or ever!) go as planned so sometimes you gotta run.
